
The third cycle of the Gymnastics Exercises will concentrate on development with repetition. What makes a gymnast so good at their sport is repetition of abilities. To change into higher and stronger at a specific ability, you must work that ability frequently. On this cycle we will probably be concentrating on just a few abilities that we are going to repeat each week.
