
The third cycle of the Gymnastics Exercises will concentrate on development with repetition. What makes a gymnast so good at their sport is repetition of abilities. To turn out to be higher and stronger at a specific ability, you’ll want to work that ability regularly. On this cycle we shall be concentrating on just a few abilities that we’ll repeat each week.
